KIM BRONSON
General Manager & Managing Partner

Kim began her career in the Hospitality Industry in Calgary, working with the Claudio’s Restaurant Group, Woodside Golf Course, Shanks Athletic Club, Carriage House Inn, and the Calgary Stampede. When CP Rail provided the opportunity for her and Steve to move their family to Medicine Hat in 2005, she was enticed by the smaller community, lower cost of living, and the lower price of golf memberships. At that time she never dreamed that one day they would be co-owners of a golf course!

Moving to Medicine Hat was the best decision for Kim and her family, and the community at Paradise Valley has now become an extended family. She joined the team as Clubhouse Manager in 2010, just prior to the big flood, and spent her first season shovelling muck and serving hot dogs out of our snack shack!

Kim now looks after all of the day-to-day operations at Paradise Valley. She loves living in the Valley and loves the daily challenges that managing the business provides — every day is different! She loves to golf, travel, read and play in her garden. She is Mom to Taylor, who grew up working at Paradise Valley, and looks forward to spending more time on the course.

DAWN POSTNIKOFF
CEO & Managing Partner

After graduating from CHHS in Medicine Hat, Dawn’s career began in Calgary as an IT Business Consultant. However, the entrepreneur in her was looking for a business to own and operate and the Mom in her was looking for a small city in which to raise her family. When the opportunity came up to purchase Paradise Valley Golf Course from Pat & Shorty Heringer family in 2008, Les and Dawn left the big city and traded corporate business for the Valley in Medicine Hat.

Dawn works closely with the management team, planning new business developments, implementing marketing strategies and working with the community as a business leader. The new driving range has been a vision for several years now, and her determination continues to set the path for future growth.

Dawn has a passion for all things food and tourism related, and from her home-base on Vancouver Island she always has several projects on the go — she is founder of the Edible Vancouver Island magazine, co-author of the Island Eats cookbook, and a business advisor to small business owners. She is Mom to five, most of whom grew up playing and working at Paradise Valley, and loves spending time outdoors with Les when she isn’t sipping wine with friends.
