We have added an events calendar to both The Clubhouse and the Paradise Valley Golf Course websites, to let people know when we have live music or special events scheduled, as well as to give a heads up for large private bookings.

Savour the SouthEast Chef Competition

Congratulations to our own Chef Jason Vearncombe, who went up against 3 other competitors on Wednesday, April 4th to battle for the Silver Skillet Award. It was a very close competition, and Jason did an excellent job of preparing Ground Venison with a Saskatoon Berry Compote, and a fresh Herb Salad all within 30 minutes

We are making a few changes to our menu this weekend, primarily to add a few of the items that have been most popular on our feature menus. Scallops, Mussels, Prawns, Stuffed Chicken Breasts and Sticky Toffee Pudding to name a few!
